Hi friends! This year, the Wilmoth's have decided to take part in the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's Walk the Watershed fundraiser. Nate, Grayson & I spend majority of our time together outdoors along the bay's watershed, so it makes sense for us to do our part in saving & preserving it!
Over the next few weeks, we will raise awareness and vital funding towards CBF’s mission to save the Bay. Every dollar raised supports restoration and education efforts across the watershed. This important work provides a stable ecosystem for the 18 million people and 3,000 species of plants and animals throughout the watershed.
We are asking our friends & family to contribute by donating to our page or by joining our team. Together we will take steps towards clean air, clean water, and sustainable resources for all. A healthy Bay means a healthy community.
Every gift makes a difference!
· $25 can plant five native trees as a streamside buffer.
· $50 can grow 5,000 native oysters.
· $140 can send two students for a day of learning in and around the Bay.
· $500 can build 10 reef balls which are effective and safe artificial homes for oysters.
Please donate on our page today and help me meet my fundraising goal and help CBF Save the Bay!
