2021 Walk the Watershed

Healthy Community, Healthy Bay

Registration is open for Walk the Watershed 2021! We will walk, run, bike, swim, and paddle through May 15.

This event challenges participants to create or join a virtual team and commit to walking, running, biking, swimming, or paddling a combined 200 miles, the approximate length of the Chesapeake Bay. The goal is to raise critical funds while encouraging time outdoors, connecting with the natural resources we work to defend. Registration is free, and we will provide fundraising support, nature guides, and pop-up challenges. If you are participating as an individual, set a goal that fits your lifestyle!

CBF's mission to Save the Bay creates a stable ecosystem for the diverse community of people, plants, and animals living throughout the watershed. With Walk the Watershed we will take steps towards clean water, clean air, and sustainable resources for all. With programs like tree plantings, crop rotations, and education a healthy Bay means a healthy community. Join us for the 2021 Walk the Watershed and we will achieve these monumental goals.
